As a Superteam member at Leksand Sommarland, you get the chance to experience a really fun and varied summer where you can try everything from working at activities and attractions to standing in kiosks and helping out in restaurants. We are looking for someone who is curious, playful, and ready to learn new things. We make sure you receive the training and support you need to feel confident in every task. No matter where you work in the park, you will spread joy and contribute to making our guests' experience unforgettable.

Examples of tasks may include supporting and assisting at various stations when there are many guests in the park, assisting regular activity/ride hosts, staffing our low-height course, or clearing dishes and keeping clean and fresh in one of our restaurants.

Every day with us offers new adventures, where we together create memorable experiences for both guests and each other. We believe in having fun at work and organize lots of great staff evenings – a perfect chance to relax, have fun, and socialize with your colleagues.

Working hours vary according to Sommarland's opening hours, generally between 09:30-18:30 every day of the week. As a superteam member, you are a casual employee and do not have a fixed schedule. You apply for available shifts and often get to jump in and work on short notice on sunny days, during sick leave, or other occasions when we need extra staff. The position requires that you always respond yes/no when you receive a job offer and that you accept at least 1 out of 5 opportunities.

You have the opportunity to apply for Superteam 1 or 2, where the difference is that you work at the beginning or end of the season, so that you as a 14- and 15-year-old can have your 4 weeks of continuous vacation during the summer. If you are older, there is the possibility to work the entire season. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. The minimum age of 14 years is set after a risk analysis for minors.

About us The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates, a wide range of activities and attractions await. Some of our most popular attractions are the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser tag, high ropes courses for big and small, and of course our Waterland with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer youth welcome up to 6000 guests per day.

Leksand Sommarland is part of Leksand Resort AB, a leading group in Dalarna's tourism industry. Here you will also find our five-star campsite and cabin village Leksand Resort, the historic Hotel & Restaurant Moskogen, and the restaurant and catering business Mat vid Siljan.
